Heritage Homes Builders principal Igor, Lawrence and Robert Barsky are a real American story. Igor Barsky, along with his family came to America in his teens from the former Soviet Union. Realizing his new found freedoms and opportunities, Igor was hard at work building his future, marrying his high school sweet heart and raising two kids. Success wasn’t easy but Igor remained determined to reach his goals. Having established a successful multi-generational company along with his two sons: Lawrence and Robert, the company continues with the same determination and work ethic to ensure Heritage Homes’ good standing with the community .
It’s been a very rewarding experience for me to work with my sons Lawrence and Robert in building a family business here in Princeton, watching them take over more and more of the day to day operations of the company, dealing not only with construction, permitting and inspections but design and site planning as well.”
The principals of Heritage Homes Builders have distinguished their career with a diverse portfolio of homes and communities in Princeton Twp and Princeton Boro, where they are proud to have built more than dozens of custom homes. They recently had the chance to preserve an historic Princeton property (302 Nassau St.) and create four additional luxury properties on the site for future Princetonians to use, which is now called Barsky court.
